4. Orders & Customization

• Custom orders require full advance payment
• Design approvals (if applicable) must be confirmed before production
• Only limited revisions (if offered) will be entertained
• Once production has started, custom orders cannot be cancelled or modified

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are processed within 5–10 business days unless stated otherwise
• Delivery timelines vary based on location and courier services
• Artylogs is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances

6. Cancellation Policy

• Orders cannot be cancelled once they are processed
• Custom orders are strictly non-cancellable after confirmation

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the handmade nature of our products:

• Returns and exchanges are not accepted
• Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
  • Damaged product received
  • Incorrect product delivered

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Unboxing video
• Clear images of the product

Failure to provide proof may result in rejection of the request.

8. Damaged or Defective Products

• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
• Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion
