Returns & Refund Policy

(NO RETURNS Whatsoever)

Since all Artylogs products are handcrafted, custom-made, or hand-painted, we do not accept returns for any reason.

No Returns Accepted For:

  • Change of mind
  • Color variations (natural in handmade pieces)
  • Texture differences
  • Design expectations
  • Size preference
  • Not liking the product
  • Customer mishandling

Each item is made by hand, ensuring uniqueness — slight variations are part of the artistic process.

Refund Policy (ONLY WITH OPENING VIDEO SHOWING PRODUCT RECEIVED IS DAMAGED)

Refunds are ONLY granted if:

1  The product received is damaged.

2 A complete opening/unboxing video is provided, showing:

  • The sealed package
  • The entire unboxing process (no cuts)
  • The damage clearly visible

Refund Window

You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

Refund Will NOT Be Provided If:

  • No opening video
  • Video does not show the sealed parcel
  • Video is edited/cut
  • Damage happens after opening
  • Product was used
  • Customised items (unless damaged on arrival)
  • Minor color/texture differences inherent to handmade work

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method. Refund will only be processed when the product is received back to us.
