Yes - everything at Artylogs is handcrafted or hand-painted, which makes each piece unique.
Do you accept returns?
No. Since all products are handmade, we do not accept returns.
Do you give refunds?
Refunds are given only if a damaged product is received AND a valid opening video is provided without cuts showing the product is damaged.
Can I customize my order?
Absolutely! We specialise in personalised nameplates, jewellery, wall art, home décor & gifts.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please send us an unboxing video within 24 hours - we’ll assist immediately.
Do colors vary?
Yes slightly - because handmade products naturally have minor variations.
